These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern sales made on the Mujawharat Dream online store.

Any order placed on the site implies full and complete acceptance of these terms.

1. Products

The jewelry offered for sale is described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy.

Photographs, descriptions, and visuals are provided for informational purposes only. Despite the care taken in their creation, slight differences in color, finish, or rendering may exist depending on screen display settings and lighting conditions during photography.

These differences cannot be considered a product defect.


2. Prices

Prices are indicated in euros (€).

Delivery costs are specified at the time of order before payment validation.

Mujawharat Dream reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, products will be invoiced based on the rate in effect at the time of order validation.


3. Orders

Any order placed on the site constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.

Mujawharat Dream reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of a previous dispute with a customer, suspicion of fraud, or payment issue.

An order confirmation will be sent by e-mail after payment validation.


4. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering.

The accepted payment methods are those offered during the order process on the site.

Transactions are secured via the store's partner payment providers.


5. Delivery

Orders are shipped to the address indicated by the customer when ordering.

The delivery times communicated are indicative and may vary depending on periods, carriers, or logistical constraints beyond our control.

Mujawharat Dream cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier.


6. Parcels declared not received

If the carrier's tracking indicates that the order has been delivered but the customer declares not having received their parcel, Mujawharat Dream reserves the right to request certain supporting documents before opening an investigation with the carrier.

In order to allow the case to be processed, the following may be requested:

  • a sworn statement of non-receipt of the parcel.
  • a copy of a valid identity document of the order holder.
  • any additional information useful for the investigation.

These documents will be used exclusively within the framework of handling the dispute and the investigation procedure with the carrier, in accordance with applicable personal data protection regulations.

No refund, replacement, or reshipment of merchandise can be made before the closure of the investigation conducted with the carrier.

In the event of a fraudulent declaration or transmission of inaccurate information, Mujawharat Dream reserves the right to refuse any compensation and to take any useful steps to assert its rights.


7. Returns and refunds

The terms and conditions relating to the right of withdrawal, returns, refunds, and items ineligible for return are detailed in our Return and Refund Policy, accessible on the site.


8. Defective products

In case of receipt of a defective or damaged product during transport, the customer is invited to contact our customer service as soon as possible at:

by attaching photographs of the product concerned.

Each request will be studied individually to propose the most suitable solution.


9. Use and care of jewelry

The jewelry offered by Mujawharat Dream is designed for daily use.

To preserve their brilliance over time, it is recommended to follow the care instructions provided with each order.

Mujawharat Dream cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from:

  • improper use;
  • inadequate maintenance;
  • a shock;
  • a modification of the product;
  • or normal wear and tear related to its use.

10. Liability

Mujawharat Dream's liability cannot be engaged for any indirect damage resulting from the purchase or use of products sold on the site.


11. Force majeure

Mujawharat Dream cannot be held responsible for the non-execution or delay in the execution of its obligations resulting from a force majeure event as defined by French law.

Force majeure events include, but are not limited to:

  • natural disasters;
  • strikes;
  • transport disruptions;
  • communication network failures;
  • administrative or governmental decisions;
  • or any event beyond our control preventing the normal execution of orders.

12. Personal data protection

Personal data collected within the framework of orders is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

They are used solely for order processing, customer relationship management, and compliance with our legal obligations.


13. Applicable law

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are subject to French law.

In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first.

Failing an amicable agreement, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
